With an iPod Digital Direct Connection you have direct access to the digital music, exactly as it's stored in your iPod.

A 2.1-channel digital amplifier and 10cm down-firing subwoofer produce a dynamic and powerful sound. For the finely tuned ear, the XW-NAS5 also features an Advanced Sound Retriever, which ‘upscales' the quality of compressed audio to closely match the original source, and Auto Level Control, which compensates for volume fluctuations between songs.

With component and composite video output, you can also enjoy playback of stored movies, TV programmes and other video files from your iPod.

The construction is ultra rigid: a double-frame, sealed structure suppresses unwanted resonance, giving you clear, precise sound no matter what style of music you're listening to.

An FM tuner and LED clock complete with snooze, wake-up and sleep function are integrated. Pre-installed in the flash memory is a selection of ‘soundscape' tracks, which can be played as background audio, or mixed within tracks.

The system is also ready for streaming your music via Bluetooth.
